Karissa Belzer
Hi, my name is Karissa Fawn Belzer and I'm a junior at Stroudsburg High School. This is my first year working with the Stroudsburg newspaper. Most of my time is spent working with FBLA as the local and regional secretary while simultaneously balancing my schoolwork. Outside of school, I love to play video games (FALLOUT!) and write poetry. Over the summer I attended the 2017 FBLA National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California after winning first place in the state in the Coding and Programming event. When I graduate, I plan to study microbiology and establish a position in the United States Army's version of the CDC, USAMRIID. If you can't tell, I have a weird fascination with viruses.
