Drama class to perform for SHS students on Monday, June 5
May 24, 2017
It’s around that time of the year again! Annually, Ms. Jennifer Batt’s Drama 2 class performs a variety ofAi??plays for the school to enjoy.
In past years, it has been traditional for students in the class to research plays online, propose piecesAi??that interest them,Ai??and then vote on which ones to perform, while occasionally includingAi??one student-written play.
For the first time ever, the Drama 2 class will be performing three skits that are all written by students in the class.
“With having all the plays written by the students, it will be a good process having the writer there to let the play adapt and grow as they rehearse” said Batt.
Classes will be bringing down their students to enjoy the performances on Monday, June 5. Ai??The performances will be during periods 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8.

I think that the play, was great. The actor and actresses were good and very entertaining. Good job to the drama class, they all deserve a pat on the back.

I am so excited to see these skits. I have not only heard great things about them but I have walked past the stage when they rehearsed them and I can’t help but to be curious and wonder what each of them is about.
