New family bike park opens along River Road

Are you local bike enthusiast? Looking for a new place to ride? If so, River’s Edge Family Bike Park could be the place for you!
Located just a few minutes from Stroudsburg in Minisink Hills, this park offers a new type of fun for bikers of all ages.
Mr. Jim Dellavalle is the creator of the park.Ai?? He is excited that it will be available to families.
ai???This is a wellness center to the whole community that promotes socialism and a healthy lifestyle,” said Dellavalle.
This new park has a pump track, which is a way of biking in which riders use their momentum to continue through a series of dirt berms and turns with rollers in between. In the picture below, viewers can check out how the track flows.
Dellavalle and his design crew, as well as many volunteers, worked many hours to complete the first phase of the project, which is called the pump track.
There are actually three phases of construction in the park.Ai??Workers are currently getting ready to work on stage two. This stage is going to be the skills park, where riders can get better at technique and skill before moving to more dangerous obstacles.
The third phase of the park is going to be for more advanced skilled riders who want to test their riding abilities. Riders will be able to jump like they have never jumped before. There is no other local park which provides riders the opportunity to challenge themselves this way.

I feel this is a great place for kids to go with there friends and have a great time having fun riding bikes and laughing enjoying each other’s company on a nice sunny day.

This is a neat thing to have in the community. It is a way to promote not only a healthy life style but provides an activity for the entire family. This brings another fun thing to do in the area that we live in. It also gives people a thing to do and helps keep people from doing things that can get them in trouble.
