Fifty-Five SHS students qualify for FBLA state competition

On December 11, 91 Stroudsburg students attended the Future Business Leaders of America Region 21 Leadership Conference at Camelback Mountain Resort. Ai??Other schools in attendance included: Ai??East Stroudsburg South, Pocono Mountain East, Pleasant Valley, Jim Thorpe, Lehighton, Panther Valley, and Palmerton High School.
At the awards ceremony, 55 Stroudsburg students qualified for the State Competition in April. Ai??Two Stroudsburg FBLA advisors were recognized at the conference, Ms. Kathy Sickler and Ms. Jodie Haggerty. Ai??Stroudsburg FBLA was named the largest chapter within the region. Ai??Of the 55 state qualifiers, 25 placed first in their event. Ai??
