Key Club takes on the activities fair

On Friday, September 21, the Stroudsburg High School hosted its annual Activities Fair. The clubs gathered in the Stroudsburg High School lobby. Clubs recruited tenth, eleventh and twelfth graders.

“We try to schedule the activities fair in the beginning of the year to help others get involved,” said principal Mr. Jeffrey Sodl.

The activities fair provides students with an opportunity to find out what clubs are offered at SHS, so they can decided which ones they might be interested in joining.

Sodl believes the fair has impact on students because more students are joining up.  The more students that get involved the better.   There is always an opportunity to start up a new club, as well.

“The junior high does not have as many clubs so it helps get more students, mostly sophomores involved when coming to the high school,” Sodl said.
