SHS Homecoming floats compete to perform the best skit!

Senior Float
The Homecoming floats were a huge success for Stroudsburg High School’s annual 2018-19 Homecoming event!
The seniors, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen competed against each other in a friendly class battle over who created the best float and skit. Each class was assigned to conduct a skit on a Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon show. These themes included Fairly Odd Parents, Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, and Danny Phantom.
“It was really great seeing the community come together over such a special event,” said junior Nina Goldshimd. “I’m really excited the Homecoming event next year!”

The senior float was the best in my opinion, but all of the floats were great this year.

Being in the float this year was amazing. There where 4 floats but one winning family. As a whole, Stroudsburg dominated homecoming. From the dance to the final minuets of the game Stroudsburg was the biggest family in the Poconos.

Why do we not have any photos or highlights of the floats. I missed the competition and would have liked to see how well each team did.

I loved the floats this year!! But I thought it was only nickelodeon shows not Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.
