Student Spotlight on Lindsey Moreland

What motivates you to come to school?

I get to see all my friends, and I get to make new friends.

Who are your favorite teachers and why?

Mrs. Vito. She helps me with my work and keeps me on track. Mrs. Covey also because she keeps me organized and helps me with a lot of my work when I need it.

Do you think there should be a dress code? Why or why not?

The dress code is good because it helps people get less bullied, but I still think we should be able to express ourselves a little more.

What activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of school?

I like to ride my bike with friends, and play fight with my dad.

What are your plans after graduation?

I want to find a good college for photography.

Who do you consider your biggest role model, and why?

My Mom and Dad are always going to be in my life, and they are the only ones I will love forever.

What is your goal for this year?

To make a lot of good friends.

What is something that most people may not know about you?

I own a rabbit. His name is Oreo.

What is unique about your personality?

I never let my friends be sad. I am always caring to others, and help a lot of people when they need help.

What is the greatest experience you have ever had?

Going on my very first Disney cruise with my parents when I was 8 years old.

What is something that you have learned in your childhood that has stuck with you?

Always help someone in need even if they are mean to you.

What qualities do you value in people who you spend time with?

They care about me and never let my down. They keep me happy a lot the time, and there is not a dull moment when I am sad.

What is your favorite thing about SHS?

Making new friends.
