Toxic written by sophomore Victor Batista

As two hands touch for the first time

He feels as if he won’t be forgotten

She invites him to meet others alike

One of hatred

One of lone

One of innocence

finally the One of lies

But they were both the same

Manipulation and Toxicity

Manipulation loved lies as Toxicity loved Manipulation.

Lies gave up Manipulation in exchange for Hatred

Soon a door opens for curiosity

Toxicity and Manipulation closing in on each other

Curiosity prys its way in feasting on manipulation like its prey

Toxicity sees through the walls Curiosity left in its wake

Toxicity lost and alone turns harsh and barren
