Senior Artist Ethan Jones

Ethan Jones is a senior artist at Stroudsburg High School. He started drawing at a young age, beginning with scenes from his favorite movies and games.
“Dungeons & Dragons is one of my most recent influences,” said Ethan. “It allows me to primarily flex my art muscles and just do whatever I want.”
Ethan also discussed the way art is always changing and never staying the same for too long. “Just when you think you have your art style down, it changes just like that.”
Ethan believes that this kind of constant change can help to open up minds as well as inspire creativity in all kinds of people.
“All of this is good for the human mind as well because it allows our mind to be exercised in ways that they often aren’t.”
Through his art, Ethan hopes that he is able to show the horrors of conflict, to show it in way that is fresh, original, and startling.
