How long have you been teaching at SASD?

22 years.

If you could teach another subject what would it be and why?

Art. I’ve always enjoyed drawing and painting.  Growing up as a kid, I wanted to be an animator.

What is one piece of advice you would share with your students?

Learn from your mistakes, it’s part of the education process.

If you could have one superpower what would it be and why?

The power of flight. It would make my commute to work and home more fun!

Why did you choose the subject that you teach?         

I had some really great science teachers in junior high and high school.
