What are your plans after high school?

After high school, I plan on attending a college out of state. I’m still not sure what college, but I know I’d like to pursue a career in law.

Who is your favorite teacher at SHS?

My favorite teacher would have to be Mr.Youngken. He’s my favorite teacher because at times of stress and anxiety, he’s able to calm me down and he’s always someone I feel comfortable talking to. He’s not just a great teacher, but also a great coach. He makes his classes very interesting and makes them so that you want to show up and learn the subject. He also has a very funny personality and I’ve never walked out of his class without a smile.

Where is one place you would like to visit?

One thing on my bucket list is to visit Greece! I don’t care where in Greece I just want to go and experience the beautiful country.

What is something unique about your personality?

Something unique about me, and others would probably agree with, is I often care maybe a little too much about things. I never let things go unfinished or unheard. When something isn’t usually important to others it’s very important to me. In some cases my caring personality is good and in others, it’s my worst enemy.

What is your favorite class at SHS?

So far my favorite class in SHS would have to be anatomy with Mr. Youngken. I have several friends in the class and I find it very interesting to learn how the body functions. Don’t get me wrong, the test can be horrible, but everything else in the class makes up for it.

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned?

The most important lesson I’ve learned is how peace should be comfort. Being angry and upset all the time makes living so hard, so instead find peace and love in the little things and enjoy that comfort and happiness in life.

What is something people worry about too much about?

I think people worry too much about the future. I think we all need to live in the present and live day by day to enjoy our lives.

What would you do If you had 24 hours left to live?

If I had 24 hours left to live I would go skydiving, ride roller coasters at an amusement park, spend a couple of hours at the beach, and then spend the rest of the day with the people I love.

How do you judge a person?

I judge a person based on our first conversation and how involved they are in it. I also like to see how they respond to my sometimes chaotic personality.

What’s the funniest joke you’ve ever heard?

What did the ocean say to the beach? Nothing it just waved.
