It’s one part of that (censored) makes me feel like, man, that’s the lamest (censored) I ever did in my (censored) life right? And I know this is not what a lot of people want to hear.”
He went on to explain that for the first time, he was being tested because the world was waiting for him to reply back and ask him what he was going to do. He was conflicted and knew how he felt about his peers, but the world wanted to see blood.
Cole later removed “7 Minute Drill” from all streaming services. It entered the Billboard Hot 100 at 6.
Not long after this, Metro and Future dropped another album “WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU,” on April 12. The very next day “Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50),” came out. At first, people thought it was AI-generated, but it was confirmed it was Drake’s officially released on April 19.
There’s been memes circulating the internet of Drake. “Metro, shut your (censored) up and make some drums (censored).”
Drake posted a mariachi band singing this scene on his Instagram story, which has been going around TikTok. Fans are hoping for Metro Boomin to respond back and actually rap.

Not long after, on May 3, Kendrick also dropped “6:16 in LA” on Instagram. Fans were going wild on social media. They realized it was a entendre with more than one meaning. One being Tupac’s birthday which was 6/16, Canadian Father’s Day, and even when “”Euphoria (2019)” released.
Later that day Drake responded back to Kendrick with “Family Matters” not even an hour after this was released Kendrick dropped “Meet the Grahams.” In both rappers disses they mention each others families.
Drake claimed that Lamar had beat his fiancée, Whitney Alford.
When asked about her opinion on who won the rap beef after “Meet the Graham,” Paige Torres says,”Kendrick definitely won, Drake dropped a diss and not even 16 minutes later Kendrick dropped “Meet the Grahams.” Kendrick spilled all Drakes secrets and info in one song, how are you going to come back from a diss that starts off addressing your son?”
Kendrick striked again dropping yet another diss track “Not Like Us.” Fans realized not only was the album cover of Drake’s house, but ti was on a predator app with pins of members of OVO. It did not surprise people that he did not address any pedophile allegations but instead only mentions not having an 11 year old daughter. In he goes on to explain how he planted a fake mole in OVO to feed Kendrick Lamar false information.
In “The Heart Part 6,” he mentions Millie Bobby Brown and how he has never looked at a teenager. He was friends with when she was only 14. However, Lamar never mentioned her in any of disses towards Drake.
Not many were expecting rappers to have beef this year in general. Many students in SJHS think that Kendrick has prevailed over Drake. However there is still more to come with how many allegations both rappers have been throwing at each other.
