“District 11 Skills USA is a celebration showcasing our next generation of skilled professionals and the skilled career paths that have been essential to America’s future,” says Maria Hafler, Skills USA and DECA Adviser.

Although many MCTI seniors from surrounding districts participated in the annual event, only two SHS students were part of the ceremony.

Wyatt Staples, 12, and Matthew Wall, 12, attend Signing Day hosted by DeSales University, Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

Staples studied  Welding Technology at MCTI and has committed to E.F Possinger & Sons upon graduation.

Wall studied Precision Machining at MCTI and has committed to Imperial Machine and Tool while also attending Northampton Community College to study engineering.
