The students who take the Drama 2 class culminate the end-of-the-semester course by creating, writing, editing, and performing an original play. This years period 6 drama class performed a self-produced play titled “Their Last Day: Synergy Story.”
The story follows a small town of interesting individuals after discovering the world is ending. They work through their struggles.
“I’m very proud of the play my class wrote and the way they performed it,” expressed drama teacher Jennifer Batt.
The cast included Morgan Depete-McMahon, 12, as Shaun White, Madisen Dullen, 11, as Serena, Jackson Fleming, 12, as Dean Winters, Makaela Sanchez, 11, as Sister Eve, Madison Spencer, 12, as Lexi Sprinkle, and Julie Lawrence, 10, as God.
