On August 27, Stroudsburg dominated East Stroudsburg North, 9-0.
Abby Grella, ’25, scored her second and third goals on the year and now leads the team.
Amelia Nieman, ’25, and Kali Milonas, ’27, both netted two goals as well. Cam Beebe, ’25, Payton Pankowski, ’27, and Leah McWilliams, ’27, each scored once.
Adriana Borzio, ’26, had three assists in the contest. Lila Smedley, ’26, and Alianna Mendez, ’26, both had an assist as well.
Goalie, Sia Trotter, ’27, had her first career shutout in goal, not allowing a ball past her during the contest.
This marks the girls’ second straight victory after they defeated Hazleton High School, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon.
Stroudsburg will open their home slate against Nazareth High School on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
