This event is located at 128 Brainerd Ln Building 1, Stroudsburg, PA, 18360. The event will be similar to a trunk or treat, but instead of cars, there will be tables where people are giving out candy to the kids for free. There’s also a costume contest, snacks, and refreshments to purchase, a small basket raffle, and every child gets a complimentary pumpkin to paint at a painting table. All benefits the rescue!
