Mrs. Giordano is now the co-advisor of Aevidum since Mrs. Tkach has retired from teaching at Stroudsburg. This past month in Aevidum, members hosted a table outside of the cafeteria on “World Kindness Day,” and had a “kindness challenge” jar. Students choose a challenge written on a piece of paper, from the jar, and complete the challenge like holding the door for someone, thanking teachers, and giving compliments, etc.

Aevidum also took nine students to the TALK workshop hosted at Lehighton High School. The students who participated in all sorts of activities could collaborate with other students from other schools who were also in Aevidum. Any student who took a visit to the table was also able to write a positive or encouraging message on sticky notes. They were also able to write appreciation notes for staff and teachers. Aevidum also welcomed their leaders of 2024-2025. Senior, Alyssa Rounsaville, Junior, Crista Kopec, Junior, Gianna Bunnelle, and Sophomore, Ella Horn.

Aevidum will continue to meet every first and third Thursday of every month, combined with SADD on the third Thursday.
