Business teacher, Jodie Haggerty, teaches a Microsoft Office course that offers Microsoft Office Specialist Students (MOS) special certifications throughout the school year in Word and PowerPoint Excel.
This year, Davin Humphrey, ’27, placed first in the state for earning the highest score in the fastest time in the Word Certification Program and will be going to Texas this summer to go to World Championships.
In addition, Carter Englert, ’27 , placed fifth, Corey O’Donnell, ’27, placed sixth, and Diego Morales, ’25, placed in the top 10 as well.
Englert states that they “prepared for months.” He adds that he “felt confident but didn’t know if it would be enough to place.”
