The King of Hearts nominees for the 2024-2025 school year were announced on Feb. 7. The class of 2025 nominees are:
Anthony Borrero
Ethan Dudsak
Austin Herman
Alexander Jagroop
Anthony Knight
Colton Leeth
Logan Potochnick
Leonel Ramirez
On Tuesday, Feb. 11, the nominees showed off their unique talents and personalities through various acts, songs, and many other amusing performances in a show known as Man Pageant! The Man Pageant is organized by Stroudsburg Mini-Thon and is a fun way to showcase the nominees.
“The guys perform a group dance and then wow the crowd with their individual talents,” states Sarah Davis, the advisor for Stroudsburg Mini-Thon. “We close out the event with a fashion show that is sure to shock the audience.”

During the event, the audience is asked to vote their favorite King of Hearts nominee by bringing money to be put into King of Heart nominee’s bags. Whichever nominee has the most money by the end of the night, wins the title of Pageant King and half of the money! The other half of the money is donated to Mini-Thon to help fight childhood cancer.
Stroudsburg High school will hold their annual King of Hearts Pep Rally on Thursday, Feb. 13. During the pep rally, the nominees get to participate in several fun activities and games. This gives our nominees another chance to show off their special skills and awe the audience.
“It definitely feels good to be nominated especially because I watched the nominees as a sophomore and wanted to be where they were,” expresses Ethan Dudsak, ’25. “I’m definitely most excited for doing the pep rally with all my other friends that were nominated.”
Last year, the Class of 2024 King of Heart was Jake Chung! The King who will take the crown for Class of ’25 will be announced at the King of Hearts dance on Feb. 14. Congratulations to all of our nominees and best of luck!
