On January 11, the Stroudsburg Rifle team took a trip to Southern Lehigh to take on the State Individual Qualifier. Five players shot top 25, and three made it to states.

The team’s big three have consistently been the top scorers for Stroudsburg and have been the winning factors for multiple matches. Bringing in multiple perfect shooting nights each, these established captains led the team all year and have made their senior seasons memorable.
So far, the Mountaineers have been very successful, boasting an 8-2 regular season record, having two All-Star shooters in Tonnies and Dunkelberger, and also making a deep postseason run with their state qualifiers. They look to continue this run on Thursday, January 13 weather permitting.
