Hi everyone! My name is Cheyenne, and I’m a junior at Stroudsburg High School. This is my first year on the Mountaineer staff, and I’m excited to expand my passion for writing. I fell in love with writing ever since I could hold a pencil in my hand, and I couldn’t stop writing ever since. In my free time, I read and practice yoga and mixed martial arts. My motto in life is to stay positive, no matter what cards you are dealt. I’m not sure what I want to be when I grow up (although I’m interested in journalism and psychology), but I want to be in a profession where I can make a positive social impact. By joining the Mountaineer staff, I hope I can make a positive impact by informing my school and community about important events.
