Hi, my name is Mehrin Hossain and I am a Bengali-American. I am a senior at Stroudsburg High School and this is my first year being a member of the Mountaineer. I am really excited to learn more about this community and become a better writer. As of last year, I participated in six clubs and was the Vice President of the Health Science Club. I also volunteered at St. Luke’s Hospital and a medical camp in Bangladesh. My favorite hobbies are traveling, watch movies/shows, play badminton, and listen to songs from The Weeknd.
