How long have you been teaching at SASD?
This is my first year teaching at SASD.
What is your favorite part about teaching?
My favorite part about teaching is being able to help students figure out what they want to do in their future.
If you had gone into another profession, what would it be and why?
If I wasn’t a teacher, I would probably be a cabinet maker or welder because I like to work with my hands and build things.
How and when did you know teaching was what you wanted to do?
I knew that I wanted to become a teacher in my junior year of high school because I really enjoyed my woodshop class and I liked being able to help the other students in class with me whenever I could.
What will your life look like after you retire?
After I retire you will find me outside most of the time, spending time at my hunting camp, working on different projects around my house, or traveling.
