The Stroudsburg girls soccer team recently reached out to support a member from rival Pleasant Valleyai??i??s team.

A goalie for Pleasant Valley Bears varsity girls soccer team, Schyler Herman, was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Since her diagnosis, teams all around the Eastern Penn Conference (EPC) have been coming together to show their support for Schyler through her battle.

On October 12, 2017, the Mounties played the Bears at their home stadium. Before the game, the Mounties came together to show their support.

The team gathered supplies and created a poster with ai???Schyler Strongai??? written on it, and each team member signed it. The poster was presented to the Pleasant Valley Ai??team after the game.

This is just one small step in showing tremendous support for Schyler through her battle.
