Hi, my name is Barry and I am 3 years old. I am good with kids and other cats. I’m shy but when you get to know me I’m a love bug, I am friendly and I spend most of my time napping

Barry had a viral disease. It is caused by certain strains of feline coronavirus. It is called Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). It can affect any and all cats but cats 2 years or younger and 13 years or older are at a higher risk. Treatment is administered over a period of 12 weeks and it is usually oral formulation. It is a very long and unpredictable process. Some symptoms to look out for are rising and falling fever, loss of appetite, energy loss.
