The Mountaineer’s first-ever Popcorn Buddha Popcorn Contest!

Attention hungry Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores: Here is your chance to win a wonderful treat: gourmet popcorn!

Popcorn Buddha, located on North Eighth Street in Stroudsburg, is giving away a popping prize to the students who come up with the most original and interesting suggestions.

All you have to do is come up with your own original idea for a new flavor.Ai??That might not be as easy as it sounds, since the contest sponsor, Popcorn Buddha, already boasts over 85 unique flavors.

Please make sure your flavor isn’t already on their list. Check out the menu below to see all 85 flavors or go to their website.

Picture the sweet, coconut goodness of ALMOND JOY popcorn… cut through the coconut coated pieces of gourmet popcorn slathered with smooth milk chocolate drizzle with bits of delicious almond pieces mixed in for good measure. This needs to be a thing ASAP.

My idea of an interesting flavor of popcorn would be Oreo Cookie Jar Cheesecake. It could have oreo pieces, chips ahoy pieces, cheesecake flavoring, and be drizzled in milk or white chocolate, or even both. This sounds like a delicious flavor to me!
