The SHS Girls Basketball had a successful 2022-23 campaign, posting an 13-11. This season, more success is in for Stroudsburg as they are on pace for another 10+ win season after starting 4-3 through 7 games.
The team has been led this past week by McKayla Strunk, 11, who has averaged 15 points in the last 2 games and had a 14-point, 6-rebound performance against Whitehall this past Friday.
With their 4-3 record, they sit at the #9 seed in the 6A division. Their opponents tonight, East Stroudsburg North, sit at 0-7 on the season. They have lost by an average of 29 points, including a 59-7 loss against Emmaus on Friday. All-time, Stroudsburg is 19-7 against East Stroudsburg North, not losing a game since 2015.
