Scholastic Scrimmage stuns opponents

Last Monday, the varsity Scholastic Scrimmage team won the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference. They won their match against Allentown Central Catholic and Liberty with a final score of 115-200 against Liberty.
The team consists of seniors Eric Wolf, Liam Weiss, Brianna Cummings and Pranitha Porthuri.
In their original conference, the team won the EPC (Eastern Pennsylvania Conference) finals; they won the North division to get into finals; and they also won round 1 of PBS 39 bracketed competition against Moravian.
The Scholastic Scrimmage team advisers are Ms. Debra Thornhill and Ms. Suzanne DiTori.
“[They are] hard working, naturally smart students with quick response time,” said Thornhill.
