Weightlifting is important for females
April 6, 2016
Around the world, there are many females that constantly run on treadmills, see food as the enemy, and starve themselves to be “fit” or “healthy.” One thing’s for sure: that’s NOT the healthy option. Weightlifting produces more pronounced results on a femaleai??i??s body than any other workout program. It can help enhance feminine curves, promote a healthier lifestyle, and boost confidence.
The main reason most women don’t lift weights is because they’re afraid of looking manly. Ai??That’s a big mistake. Women need to understand that, with the way our bodies are made, it’s not physically possible for us to look like a man. Good resultsAi??come from good discipline and trusting your workout.
One thing that many people forget is the importance of a good diet. In fact, it’s one of the hardest things for people to accomplish. Nutrition is just as important as all the hard work and dedication you put in at the gym. If you’re trying to gain muscle, you need to make sure you’re eating properly. If you’re trying to lose weight, your portions should be in reasonable amounts.
Though lifting weights can give you amazing results, the process takes time. Whether a woman wants to tone up, prep for a competition, or just build muscle, it doesnai??i??t happen overnight. In that time period, you’ll start to see results and be more motivated than ever, so patience is a major key. Weightlifting is important for everyone, not just for men, and not just for bodybuilders.

Using weights for exercises is way more efficient than running on a treadmill. Jumping rope is also really good at getting rid of body fat.

I used to lift weights all the time a couple years ago. I never looked manly at all. I highly encourage a lot of women to lift!!

I enjoyed this article since women need to understand that lifting weights won’t make you look huge. It’s just a different kind of workout that boosts your bodies health. It is a great way to workout.

Great article! More ladies need to accept the fact that it’s pretty bomb to tone your body. Silly society making ladies feel like they can’t be strong.
Besides, the more muscle mass the better your body deals with things, from calorie amount to quality of sleep and alertness when awake.
