Students get to test their knowledge against other schools in Scholastic Scrimmage club

Have you ever wanted to compete in a game show? Are you good at trivia and memorization? If so, Scholastic Scrimmage may be for you!

This club is run by Ms. Suzanne DiTore.

SHS members compete against other EPC schools, answering trivia questions that are centered around school subjects.

The club has deep roots, going back to the 1980s. They have earned many trips to the semi-finals and finals over the years.

This year’s team is led by senior co-captains Colin Hoffman and Harkirat Chohan.

Hoffman stressed the importance of taking the initiative to get involved with the club. “If you want to put your knowledge to the test, join and Scholastic Scrimmage will take care of the rest,” he said.

Scholastic Scrimmage meets on Mondays where they practice their trivia knowledge and prepare for TV competition at PBS studios in Bethlehem.

This club is actively searching for members willing to participate and push SHS to EPC finals once again.
