What is one important lesson you have learned as an educator? 

That I don’t know everything(just don’t tell my wife). I have learned not to stress if at first, I do not understand whatever might be getting thrown at me. I will eventually figure it out.

What do you find most challenging about being a teacher?

Trying to remember all the acronyms used in education.

What is your favorite sports team? Why are they your favorite?

-I am a Steelers fan. Growing up in the ‘70’s they were winning a bunch of Super Bowls. So I jumped on the bandwagon.

Why did you choose the subject that you teach?

I didn’t choose. When I got hired I was told what I was going to teach. I graduated college with a Social Studies degree.
